How do reservation refunds work, and when does a reservation become non-refundable?

Your reservation is fully refundable at any time. If you cancel, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. However, once you advance your reservation to a configured vehicle order, it becomes non-refundable.

  1. Ensure that the email address and ZIP code entered during the reservation process are correct. Incorrect information may lead to errors.

Refunds for reservations in the U.S. typically take 3-5 business days.
