How do I create an account and edit my reservation?

Reservation Confirmation

After you complete your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your Reservation Number, along with details about your selected vehicle and payment method.

Creating Your Account

Once you’ve made a reservation, you can set up your online account by clicking the Sign In link in your confirmation email.

You can also create an account directly by selecting Sign In at the top menu of scoutmotors.com.

On that page, enter your email address and click the SEND CODE button. (shown below)

One-Time Use Code

When you initiate account setup or log in via scoutmotors.com, we’ll send you an email with a unique code. Enter the code at the sign in page.

Please Note – If you do not see the email from Scout Motors in your inbox, check in your junk or spam folder.

The code is valid for one‑time use only. If it expires, request a new code or use a different email address on the sign‑in page.

Once you submit the code on the sign in page, you’ll be able to set up your profile and log into your account.

Accessing Your Reservation and Account Details

Once your account is set up, sign in at scoutmotors.com to view your reservation and manage your account.

When signed in, you’ll see new menu options at the top of the page: Account, Profile, and Sign Out.

• Click Profile to view and manage your personal information.

• Click Account to view and edit the details of your reservation(s).

Edit or Cancel Your Reservation

From your new account, you can edit your reservation—such as switching to a different model or energy system—or cancel it altogether. Simply click the Edit Reservation button and you will see the menu below:

Important: Reservation cancellations are final and cannot be undone.

Confirmation Email

If you make any changes or cancel your reservation, we’ll send you an email confirmation with the updated details.
