What types of operations will occur at the Production Center?

The Scout Motors Production Center is designed to build vehicles from the ground up through a series of integrated manufacturing operations.

In the Body Shop, robotic and manual welding processes will join stamped metal components to create each vehicle's body structure. In the Paint Shop, vehicles will undergo cleaning, coating, painting, and quality inspection processes designed to deliver the durability and finish customers expect. In Final Assembly, team members and automated systems will install major components such as the powertrain, chassis systems, interior features, glass, and electronics before vehicles undergo a series of quality checks and inspections.

The Production Center also includes testing and validation operations to help ensure every vehicle meets Scout Motors' standards for quality, safety, and performance before leaving the facility.

In addition to the main production buildings, Scout Motors is developing a Supplier Park adjacent to the Production Center. Suppliers located there will produce key components used in vehicle manufacturing, helping streamline logistics and support efficient production operations. For more information about the Supplier Park and its planned operations, see Scout Motors' Supplier Park announcement.
